Hardware Maintenance: How to Keep Your Print Vibrant

Our mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe, but like any high quality equipment, proper maintenance extends the lifecycle.

The Dishwasher Protocol
While the mugs are rated for dishwasher use, we recommend placing them on the top rack only. This avoids the high heat elements at the bottom of the machine, which can eventually soften the glossy coating over hundreds of cycles.

Microwave Safety
The ceramic is fully microwave safe. However, be aware that black ceramic absorbs heat efficiently. If you are reheating coffee for more than 2 minutes, the handle and body will be hot.

The Best Clean
For the absolute best longevity of the print design, a simple hand wash with warm water and mild soap is always the gold standard.
