No. To maintain our signature glossy finish, high-contrast aesthetic, and manufacturing standards, we do not offer white-label corporate printing. Mugs360 provides curated, high-end collections designed to be given as premium standalone gifts, rather than traditional promotional merchandise.

Once your master invoice is settled, we issue your corporate redemption codes. You simply distribute the codes to your team via Email or Slack. Employees visit our store, choose their favorite design from our 360 gallery, enter their preferred delivery address, and check out. The code drops their cart total to $0.00. We handle the production and shipping from there.

No. That is the entire point of the Curation Credit program. Employees input their own shipping details during their $0.00 checkout. You do not need to manage complex spreadsheets, collect personal data, or handle a single piece of inventory.

Yes. Because every single mug is printed and fulfilled individually, the employee simply enters wherever they want it delivered. Remote workers can enter their home addresses, and in-office workers can enter your corporate headquarters.

Yes. To ensure clean accounting for your procurement team and smooth production queues on our end, corporate access codes remain active for 30 days from the date of issue.

We operate on a single, upfront master invoice system. You tell us the total number of curation credits your team needs, and we issue a corporate invoice for that exact total. Once the invoice is settled, your unique employee redemption codes are instantly activated. There are no recurring subscriptions, management fees, or surprise monthly charges.

Each credit is fully loaded. It covers the manufacturing of one premium, ultra-glossy black mug, the individual software routing through our store, standard regional postal delivery to the employee’s chosen address, and our full transit guarantee (if a carrier breaks or loses a package, we replace it for free). Your master invoice is the only time money changes hands.

No. As long as your target delivery zone is within the United States or Canada, the flat $7.00 fulfillment and delivery fee completely locks in the rate. You do not have to worry about fluctuating carrier zones or regional shipping surcharges changing your total project cost after the invoice is paid.

We route all individual deliveries through standard regional postal networks (like USPS in the United States and Canada Post in Canada). Because deliveries rely on local standard postal carrier infrastructure, premium direct-to-door courier hand-offs cannot be guaranteed.

Every mug is custom-printed on demand the moment an employee redeems their unique corporate code. Production typically takes a few business days, followed by standard postal shipping. In total, employees can expect their mugs to arrive at the post office\pick-up point (or at their doorstep) within 7 to 14 business days after ordering.

That responsibility is entirely on us. Standard postal transit carries real-world risks, but your company doesn't have to deal with them. If a postal carrier loses a package or a mug arrives damaged, the employee simply contacts us directly at support@mugs360.store. We will manufacture a replacement and re-ship it at zero extra cost to you or your team.

Our standard curation credit system and the flat $7.00 delivery fee are strictly locked into the United States and Canada. If you have an international team spread across other regions, please use our contact form or contact support@mugs360.store to request a custom quote.

We offer two standard sizes: a classic 11oz desktop mug and a larger 15oz mug. Your employees simply select their preferred size at checkout based on the credit tier your company purchased.

To keep transit distances short and reduce the risk of delivery delays, orders are printed on demand at regional production center points within the United States or Canada.
