1. Shipping Destinations & Timelines
We proudly ship our premium glossy mugs across the United States and Canada, partnering with major regional postal networks like USPS and Canada Post to ensure efficient delivery.
- Production Time: Because every mug is custom-manufactured on demand, please allow 2 to 5 business days for production and packaging.
- Transit Time: Standard postal shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
Note on Deadlines: While we work hard to dispatch your orders quickly, delivery windows are estimates provided by the carriers, not guarantees. We cannot be held financially liable for indirect costs (such as missed event deadlines) caused by carrier delays.
2. Distributed Teams: The Curation Credit Program
For corporate teams working remotely, we offer the Curation Credit program. This bulk-prepayment system allows you to gift custom mugs to your team without managing spreadsheets, collecting private home addresses, or dealing with surprise shipping invoices.
How It Works:
- You Buy in Bulk: You request a quote for your volume tier (minimum 50 units). We send a single master invoice covering the discounted unit price of the mugs, plus a flat $7.00 shipping and fulfillment fee per address.
- We Issue Access Codes: Once the upfront invoice is paid, we generate a batch of unique, single-use digital redemption codes for your company.
- Employees Choose & Checkout: You distribute the codes to your team. Employees visit our store, browse our exclusive designs, select their preferred size, and enter their own secure home address. At checkout, applying your corporate code drops their total to $0.00.
- We Handle Fulfillment: We print the item on demand and ship it directly to their doorstep.
The Curation Transit Guarantee: If a postal carrier loses or breaks an employee's mug in transit, we will replace it entirely at our expense.
3. Tracking & Final Delivery
As soon as an order is handed to the carrier, an automated shipping confirmation email with a tracking link is generated (please allow 24 hours for the carrier's initial scan to update). Depending on the carrier's standard routes, packages may be delivered to a doorstep, a secure community parcel locker, or held at a local post office for pickup.
4. Delivery Security & Risk of Loss
- Incorrect Addresses: We cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us for this reason, your company will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
- Marked as "Delivered": Once the carrier’s official tracking link confirms that a package was successfully delivered to the provided address, Mugs360's physical responsibility for the package ends. We are not liable for subsequent theft, loss, or misplacement from employee porches or corporate mailrooms.
