Terms of service
Welcome to Mugs360.
We are excited to partner with your team. To keep things transparent, fair, and moving quickly, we’ve outlined the ground rules for our B2B orders below. By placing a corporate order or paying a Mugs360 invoice, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Working Agreement & Payment Terms
To avoid getting bogged down in corporate red tape, these terms (along with your official Mugs360 invoice) govern our work together.
Standard corporate invoicing terms are 50% upfront to initiate the account, and 50% upon shipping. If your company issues a standard Purchase Order (PO) that includes built-in delayed vendor terms (such as Net 60, Net 90, or End of Month/EOM variations), please note that Mugs360’s standard payment terms strictly supersede and override your PO terms unless an authorized Mugs360 representative explicitly signs a separate agreement. We do not accept extended payment terms.
2. The Choice Program & Data Liability
Mugs360 operates on a prepaid corporate redemption model designed to eliminate administrative friction and internal data liability.
How Choice Credits Work: Procurement officers purchase a bulk tier of Choice Credits upfront. We issue unique redemption codes to your management team. You distribute these codes to your employees or clients, who visit our site, select the personality-oriented vessel that resonates with them, and enter their code at checkout. The code covers the full cost, bringing their cart total to $0.00.
Data & Logistics Protocol: By requiring end-users to securely input their own preferred shipping addresses directly at checkout, procurement entirely bypasses internal HR data requests. This prevents the unnecessary external transfer of sensitive employee legal records (such as W-2 or payroll addresses) and dramatically reduces returned shipments caused by tax addresses that do not match an employee's actual preferred delivery location.
Credit Expiration: To protect against inflating manufacturing and shipping costs over time, all prepaid Choice Credits must be redeemed by your recipients within 90 days from the date of purchase. Credits unredeemed after the 90-day window will automatically expire and hold no remaining value.
Order Lock-In: Because production begins immediately upon an end-user redeeming their code, we cannot cancel or modify individual mug orders once they enter the manufacturing queue.
Standard Variations: We use a high-quality digital-to-ceramic process on our glossy mugs. Minor, standard variations in print alignment or color are a normal part of this manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
3. Prices, Billing, and Accuracy
Sales quotes are valid for 30 days. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST based on the shipping destination. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the provided payment method. Occasionally, there may be typographical errors or inaccuracies on our site regarding pricing or availability; we reserve the right to correct these errors and update information at any time.
4. Digital Credits, Shipping Regions & Deadlines
Because your company is purchasing digital Choice Credits, actual physical production and shipping only occur after an individual recipient redeems their code on our website.
Regional Fulfillment Focus: To maintain high execution standards and eliminate international supply chain delays, our fulfillment network is currently strictly limited to shipping destinations within the United States and Canada.
While we work hard to process and ship individual orders quickly, we rely on third-party carriers to deliver directly to your recipients. Therefore, all individual delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If your team is redeeming codes for a specific corporate milestone (such as a virtual town hall or holiday party), we cannot guarantee that every individual package will arrive by that exact date. We cannot be held financially responsible for indirect or "consequential" costs caused by individual shipping delays.
5. Damage, Defects, and Delivery Risk
Once a carrier marks a package as "Delivered" to the end-user's provided address, our physical responsibility for the package ends. We cannot cover items that go missing in a corporate mailroom or are stolen after delivery.
If an individual employee's order arrives broken in transit or features a clear manufacturing defect, please notify our support team with photos within 14 days of delivery at support@mugs360.store. We will gladly issue a replacement or a proportional credit. Because every order is custom-produced on demand, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or input errors made by the user during checkout.
6. Intellectual Property & Our Designs
All designs, graphics, branding, and visuals featured on our mugs and website are the exclusive property of Mugs360. We retain all rights to our original designs and branding assets, which may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without our express written permission.
7. Unforeseen Events
Sometimes things happen that are completely out of everyone's control. We will not be held responsible for production or shipping delays caused by major external events, such as natural disasters, postal strikes, government mandates, or global supply chain breakdowns.
8. Fair Limit of Liability
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong on our end, our total financial liability for any claim will never exceed the amount your company actually paid us for that specific order or batch of credits.
9. Our Platform Partner (Shopify) & Privacy
Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide the e-commerce platform that allows us to provide these services to you.
