Terms of service
Last Updated: May 22, 2026
Welcome to Mugs360
We are excited to partner with your team. To keep things transparent, fair, and moving quickly, we’ve outlined the ground rules for our B2B orders below. By placing a corporate order or paying a Mugs360 invoice, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Working Agreement
To avoid getting bogged down in corporate red tape, these terms (along with your official Mugs360 invoice) govern our work together. If your company uses standard Purchase Orders that include built-in vendor terms, please note that our terms will take precedence unless an authorized Mugs360 representative explicitly signs a separate agreement with you.
2. Custom Production
Every order is custom-produced specifically for your brand.
- Order Lock-In: Because production begins immediately upon payment, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they enter the queue.
- Standard Variations: We use a high-quality digital-to-ceramic process on our glossy mugs. Minor, standard variations in print alignment or color are a normal part of this manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
3. Prices, Billing, and Accuracy
Sales quotes are valid for 30 days. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST based on the shipping destination. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the provided payment method. Occasionally, there may be typographical errors or inaccuracies on our site regarding pricing or availability; we reserve the right to correct these errors and update information at any time.
4. Shipping, Deadlines, and Event Protection
We know your orders are often tied to important corporate events, and we work hard to get them there on time. However, because we rely on third-party shipping carriers, our delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
To keep our business viable, we cannot be held financially responsible for indirect or "consequential" costs caused by shipping delays. This means if a carrier delay causes you to miss a deadline, we are not liable for secondary expenses like delayed marketing campaigns, event sponsorships, or lost revenue.
5. Damage, Defects, and Delivery Risk
Once a carrier marks your package as "Delivered" to your address, our physical responsibility for the package ends. We cannot cover items that go missing in a corporate mailroom or are stolen after delivery.
If your order arrives broken in transit or features a clear manufacturing defect, please notify our support team with photos within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly issue replacements or a proportional credit. Because your order is custom-produced on demand, we cannot accept returns for event overstock, buyer's remorse, or quantity/design input errors made during checkout.
6. Intellectual Property & Our Designs
All designs, graphics, branding, and visuals featured on our mugs and website are the exclusive property of Mugs360. We retain all rights to our original designs and branding assets, which may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without our express written permission.
7. Unforeseen Events
Sometimes things happen that are completely out of everyone's control. We will not be held responsible for production or shipping delays caused by major external events, such as natural disasters, postal strikes, government mandates, or global supply chain breakdowns.
8. Fair Limit of Liability
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong on our end, our total financial liability for any claim will never exceed the amount your company actually paid us for that specific order.
9. Our Platform Partner (Shopify) & Privacy
Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide the e-commerce platform that allows us to provide these services to you. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between us, and you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your transactions with Mugs360.
Additionally, because Shopify hosts our store, they process information about your access and use of the services. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we, Shopify, and our partners handle your data.
10. Governing Law
We are proudly based in Israel. Any legal matters regarding our work together will be handled under the laws of the State of Israel in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.
